Toks has worked for some of the largest companies in the world in sales, marketing, and training roles with almost two decades in management, leadership and director roles.

As a trainer, facilitator and business coach he is dynamic, passionate and energetic with unique insights on business, leadership, change management and capability development as a leader of significant change programmes over the years himself.

He has worked with a number of large corporations in the far east, Europe and the USA on transformational change programmes and strategic thinking with a particular emphasis on helping individuals use communication as a way of managing transition.

Toks has worked with individuals and a variety of groups and departments on a range of assignments. He has particularly spent a great deal of time with business teams, medical, nursing and professional NHS staff, as well as commercial scientists, inspiring them to develop the insights, skills and abilities to drive change and improvements across their areas.
