Our Team

Paul has spent much of his working life, working both within and alongside the NHS and has a unique blend of experience and purpose, that is grounded in first-hand knowledge of what it is like to lead, develop and coach people in complex organisations.

He brings an experience gained through twenty years in a variety of leadership roles (in Marketing and Sales), for some of the largest Pharmaceutical organisations in the world. He has led countless training events and been instrumental in developing and enabling leadership programmes. He is an ILM certified coach and works to the EMCC code of ethics.

Paul is really passionate about engaging people and brings energy, enthusiasm and creativity to the events he facilitates. He has a strong sense of care and makes every effort to understand the context that his clients are working within, to ensure that he delivers on their needs.
