Our Team

Mike is one of Inspire Change’s longer serving facilitators, having been with the company for over 15 years. 

He runs many of our leadership programmes and really enjoys working with delegates to help them: 

• Understand their communication styles 
• Develop self-awareness 
• Explore service redesign opportunities to improve patient care 
• Work more effectively with colleagues 

Mike lives in Northern Italy with his partner and spends a lot of his spare time on one of his bikes, exploring the many cycle paths in the area. When not on his bike, he tries to improve his Italian language (and culinary) skills. 

He has recently taken up watercolour painting.
