Kim is a certified Personal and Executive Coach, Actor, Educator and Facilitator. She holds two prestigious professional coaching credentials as well as a B.A. degree in Arts in Education and has extensive background in offering Executive and Performance Coaching services to executives, teams, and individuals.

Her co-active coaching approach seeks solutions through a process of self-discovery, awareness, goal setting, accountability, action learning, execution, and evaluation. She provides clients with the tools needed for personal and professional movement to be present in their life, as well as obtain the ability to make the necessary changes and shifts for personal growth.

She has facilitated and coached over one hundred workshops interacting with some of the top Pharmaceutical Companies in the world, both face to face /onsite, as well as interacting at a high-level through Remote Engagements.

Kim has extensive experience in coaching Pharmaceutical Professionals, such as Managers, Senior Leaders and Medical Science Liaisons.
