Kielan has more than 20 years of international business experience, delivering projects and initiatives for an international blue chip client base, including five years with consulting firm, CapGemini UK.  She offers broad-based change management expertise, training and coaching strengths, supported by an MBA and a wide range of professional qualifications. She is fluent in three languages, including Russian.  

Kielan is passionate about leadership development.  She coaches and supports senior executives on a 1:1 basis, builds leadership skills and delivers effective client support through the formation of strong business partnerships.  She has worked with multiple pharmaceutical companies, building a highly regarded reputation as facilitator and coach.

Effective communication and group dynamics are Kielan’s particular strengths.  She is an expert team developer, communicator and negotiator.  She works productively at Board level and optimises skills, business performance and efficiency across organizations.

As a change management expert, Kielan has conducted change readiness assessments and delivered core skills training. This ranges from role management, problem-solving and high-performance team skills to strategic planning.  She has also led Change Management work streams to facilitate internal process implementation.
