Our Team

Julian is a Project Manager at Inspire Change, and also oversees much of the marketing activity. He has worked with Healthcare Professionals and Pharma marketing teams since 2006.

In his previous life he was a pioneer of email marketing in the UK and held digital board roles within the international WPP plc marketing agency group.

He has developed a number of digital platforms for Inspire Change to aid individuals’ professional development and pioneered our e-Learning offering.

Julian is a keen fan of the water. He rowed competitively in his youth and in later life crewed on a round the world yacht race.

He splits his time living in England and Germany. He has 2 grown-up children, one of which runs a successful hair salon group which he has had involvement in establishing and building a successful team. As Julian says, “I know more about hairdressers, hair cutting and hair colouring now than I ever wanted to!”

Keen to give back to the community, he supported Thames Valley Police by volunteering for 10-years as a warranted Special Constable, attached to an emergency response team dealing with a variety of 999 calls, which involved dealing with sometimes violent crime and helping those with mental health issues.
