Our Team

Jenny is the Managing Director of Inspire Change. She manages programmes for key clients and oversees the running of the business. Jenny has been helping to develop programmes that support Healthcare Professionals since 2009.

Before joining Inspire Change, Jenny worked for a large recruitment agency in their training team managing the induction training across the UK.

Jenny was part of the team that won Inspire Change their most prestigious major award in 2021, receiving the PMEA Award for Excellence in Healthcare Professional Education Support Programmes.

Jenny lives in England with her husband Steve and young daughter Emily. A busy working Mum, Jenny also sits on her village Parish Council and is the fundraising co-ordinator for the pre-school committee. Spending time with family and friends takes priority at the weekends. Jenny has a passion for fundraising for the local community and one way she does this is to run charity Quiz Nights with Martin and Steve for local causes, they have raised just over £8,000 in 2023.
