Our Team

Ian was a former senior officer and aerospace battle management executive in the Royal Air Force. He has extensive experience of selecting and developing leaders and teams.

He has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management and a wealth of other business-related qualifications and experiences gained in diverse sectors and cultures.

Ian delivers coaching, mentoring and leadership training. His style is a collaborative, open style, and he enjoys working with delegates to ensure the practical application of skills learnt in a workshop setting are easily transferable to the workplace.

Ian’s passion is seeing leaders and teams develop their potential and positively impact their organisations and wider community. He says: “Seeing managers become true leaders of teams that enjoy working together effectively to transform their company is immensely satisfying.”

In his spare time, Ian serves on the board of trustees for a charity.
