Narumi has an extensive background in developing and facilitating content in leadership development programmes, as well as being certified to deliver training to implement strategic approaches in various organisations. Passion being one of Narumi’s strengths, she has contributed to the various global talent development programmes and the customisation of these to be implemented successfully in Japan, by partnering both with internal and external stakeholders to uncover the unique local needs and landscape of the organisation and local market.

Narumi provides both global and local consultation on Talent and Organisational Development, developing Learning & Development strategies, and designs and delivers other various training, including coaching for personal development.
