Catherine is a certified Co-Active Coach, runs far-reaching leadership programmes and has spent 20 years in leading global transformational programmes at top corporates such as PwC, GE Healthcare, Diageo, Total Oil and more recently with medical affairs organisations to build capability and lead facilitated learning interventions in communicative leadership, development of management teams, strategy, and coaching.

Catherine is passionate about development in all forms and is a firm believer that to truly develop more effective skills we need to focus on the impact that we have and that to do that, we first need to understand ourselves and makes us tick in our lives.
