Derek’s work has ranged from specifying HR and corporate strategy to the design of programmes, Corporate Events, Development/Assessment Centres, Project Management Procedures and Executive Coaching.
Derek has been involved in the development of people and organisations for over 25 years. With a background in Engineering and Behavioural Sciences, he has a broad foundation on which to base his judgements. Having spent almost 20 years in large multi-national organisations working in both operations and strategically from within the HR function, he has gained a great deal of experience in the many facets of growing businesses, changing cultures and developing people.
Derek has published widely on his areas of expertise, including articles on Work/Life balance and Coaching. He has a book on Leadership awaiting publication.
