Home Strait®

The Home Strait® workshop has been meticulously engineered for SpRs and STs. It provides a risk-free way of developing and rehearsing interview techniques and has proved extremely successful in helping secure a substantive post.

The format revolves around a mock interview using a distinguished panel – who interview for Consultant posts in real life. A unique feature of the workshop is filming each candidate and providing them with a DVD of their own interview and the panel's feedback. An important part of the programme is ensuring each candidate is properly prepared.
