Leadership Styles

Our Leadership Styles survey explores how you behave as a Leader in different situations. An individual can choose any of the styles when leading others, but we often favour one or perhaps two styles, regardless of the scenario. After completing the survey you will receive a detailed report divided into two sections: The first identifies how FLEXIBLE you are in making your choices, the second part shows your EFFECTIVENESS.
